You can delete your Slotly customer data at any time. This removes your name and phone number from all your bookings and reviews, and signs you out.
How to delete
- Open Slotly and go to My bookings.
- Enter your phone number and the 6-digit code we text you.
- Tap Delete my data and confirm.
What is kept
Anonymous records of past bookings (without your name or phone) may be kept for up to 12 months for accounting and fraud prevention.
Business accounts
To delete a business account, email us from your business contact with the business name and phone number.
